So DirtyBoo and the Sloth represented dirttreaders proud today at the OAW chili cook off. Many came to see the famous concoction "Sloths Revenge". Off about 20+ contestants there were five prises to be had. Places 1-4 were held through popular vote where as the cherished wine award was determined by secret judges in the crowd. Some would keep anonymity where as other went ahead and let their secret identity be known.

After many tastings, beer, and deliberation DirtyBoo and Sloth came victorious with the winery choice award!

Thanks everyone. I made a huge batch, and I didn't think I was going to go through it all at the contest. Even after all the votes were tabulated and before the placement announcements people were coming from far and wide to taste a bit of the Sloths Revenge. Unfortunatly I had to turn people away as I ran out, it was a huge success, and I'm so stoked. I'm looking forward to next years event. It was an incredible turn-out, they had a pretty good cover band playing, it was absolutely packed.
The winery next door to the brewery had tastings going on as well at the same time so there was a big cross section of tasting talents. I highly recommend coming to the next one even if your not entering the contest as it was a great time.
I know next year I'll have to bring my A-Game a little stonger as the other contestants now know what the Sloth is bringing to the table so to speak.

It was a lot of fun & we had a real good time! I sampled all the chili and you may think I have a biased opinion but I have to tell you - RHS really, really put them to shame.
He never ceases to amaze even after 8 years...

Still "The Most Interesting Sloth in the World"....

I Luv Sloth
