^^^ Mmm. I’m still kinda pissed at my wife for tossing out a bottle with a little of RHS’ spicy prickly pear syrup left in it. And she knows it. |

Yeah - I'd be a little peeved if my wife threw out any delectables engineered by RHS. The jelly came out super delicious. Should have used a little more pectin to firm it up more though. The other nice thing about this story, besides being able to harvest ripe fruit from the dirt at Calavera, was that my wife joined me on the ride. Her first time on a bike there.
