Coming back from Preskitt a couple months ago I was heading down the hill into Indio when I see two bikes, still on the rack upright, in the center divide. About a 1/8 mile I see a guy jogging up the shoulder and about 1/4 mile from there was a Chevy PU towing a trailer with the other half of the rack hanging off the back :shock:

Same thing about a month after that I see that same type of bike rack (those cheaper ones where the bikes hang on by the top tube) off to the side and those bikes were in pretty bad shape. :(

I don't think they saved money on those racks after it's all said & done..
