I guess bears are a concern everyone talked about it. They have holsters so that you can be quicker with the bear spray because I guess you can’t get it out quick enough. I only saw one on the shore and they don’t swim fast.  My kid lives on Agua Hedionda so we just carried it down to the shore. |

I enjoy kayak fishing. Agua Hedionda is a pain in the ass for us non-residents. All kinds of licensing restrictions and bullshit. Not a bad place to kayak fish though. (I like La Jolla kelp beds the best though). BTW, I know a guy with a spare Hobie Mirage pedal kayak he'd probably be willing to sell..ahem..cough cough.

I will take you up on that. I won’t get the permit till next year going to Georgia soon. Bentonville Arkansas is on my mind lots of water and riding. |
