Disturbed's cover of Sound of Silence is the epitome of a great cover of a good song. The dynamics vocally and the orchestration really lift the cover way above the original version IMHO.

Disturbed's cover is awesome. Brought the song to an entirely new level.

Bad Wolves covered the Cranberries song in an interesting way. But did it need all the peanut butter in the video. Video was a total turnoff.

I hated that fucking Toto song years ago. And Wheezer redid the song exactly as the fucking original. I can't tell the difference. I can't say I give zero fucks over that song, because I apparently just gave two.

No. 1 was not worth re-making; No. 3 did not need to be re-made; by process of elimination, I choose No. 2.

I've changed my mind. Weezer's cover doesn't add anything to the original.

Agreed; Blasphemy!

Agreed; Agreed; But No.3, while not better than the original, is a really good and interesting version, and would get my vote.
