HFB jSatch!! Hope you are celebrating being alive and that much older today! Are you back riding? Regardless, have a great time.

Thanks boys. Been missing here for awhile. Just had my first ride in almost 2 years. Fed up with physical therapy and chiropractor so just went for it. Short, painful, awkward but fun nonetheless.

You know the old saying, " just like riding a bike"? Well, riding a bike isn't just like riding a bike. Getting back felt more like a 6 year old learning to balance again. Awfully funny though laughing at myself.

Cheers!

I remember getting back on my ROAD bike after a 6 month hiatus from any bike riding due to a mtb injury and thinking it was scary to ride that down the hill from my house on the smooth paved road, really scary. That feeling went away quickly, so that I'm certain will be the case with you! ;)

I sure hope so Mike. Still pretty tentative at this point. Neck is still not in condition to withstand a simple fall yet so slow going. Just enjoying being back on the bike. Except uphill. Still just hate uphill. Strangely, I have no incentive to see how fast I can hit a section and yet may be enjoying it even more than before. Assuming I just don't fall over.
