Could someone in-the-know describe the origins of this smily:

 :domo: :domo: :domo: :domo:

I see this smily lots of places, but I have no idea where it comes from. Are the origins from a video game? I have to admit that I pretty much reached my gaming peak back in college (early 80's) in the era of Centipede and Zaxon.

Enlighten me please! If you are feeling magnanimous, maybe you could also explain what a chodie is :chodie:

:bang: :bang: :bang:
