Beer. I’m sippin’ on beer, and listening to music. Wishin’ I was riding my bike.

Yes, that’s a post-ride beer. The ride and the beer were both good. It’s all good.

This is interesting. Pulled it from the back of the fridge where it’s been since I bought it last time in Fruita. It’s a Hoplark Hoptea brewed in Boulder. I don’t like near-beers, but this is pitched as a carbonated green tea with mosaic hops. The flavor is pretty good, but it’s a little too carbonated for my taste. I’d drink it again though for something like a family picnic or beach beverage.

This is a good standard. I bought a bottle for my son-in-law who wants to develop a taste for good whiskey, then got myself a bottle to extend the life of my really good bottle…

Yep, good stuff.

Wish the current Padres would hit some more home runs; or at least dink base runners in. Arraez needs a few more batting titles to merit the comparisons to #19 he’s getting. Really don’t get the losing record against crappy teams and to date good results against good teams.

Go Padres!

Uh…what was I sippin’ on? Near as I can remember Midleton, Shackleton, 291, Silver Reef, Willett and Weller.

But the Weller bourbon was our favorite. I’m sad to see it go. I must admit I was kinda hungover for this morning’s kindergarten graduation ceremony.
