Those of you helplessly addicted to CL (no, not CraigsList) will find that tomorrow (12/15) is Dirt Christmas (all mtn bike products all day) and Friday (12/19) will be Road Christmas.

Also CL announced it will be splitting off all roadie stuff in Jan and will become strictly MTB only. TBD what the roadie site will be named. And if you find deals or products you don't like, you're encouraged to heckle the mod under forums. Also if you want to see a history of the day's gear, look up http://chain.gearattack.com/

They have the Sam Hill five tens on now.

I think I'll see if the mid-tops come on later today. If they do, I'll grab a pair (if not, I'll go to backcountry). At $60-ish, I don't think I could pass that up over just a few changes in a new model for spring.

Cool, for $7 more you don't have to wait for Chainlove, just use the code in this thread below & order whenever you want.

Yeah, I was going to use the coupon on backcountry if i missed the shoes on chainlove.
Chainlove charges for shipping where backcountry was free shipping. I think it was still around $7 (like you said) cheaper through chainlove with shipping.

So if anyone sees a chick on an Ventana with big clown shoes-I mean grey five tens, that would be me.

I said, "chick", but actually I probably should've said, "mom-who-instead-of-doing-something-mentally-constructive-with-four-year-old-son-is-buying-self-nathan-rennie-shoes-and-watching-foshizzle-and-aquaholic-threads-on-dirttreaders".
